Gud Thekua is the most loved traditional sweet of Bihar — crisp, deep-golden discs made from whole wheat flour (atta), pure jaggery (gud) and 100% pure desi ghee. Each piece is hand-shaped and slow-fried the way it has always been made in home kitchens across Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh.
